How It Works

Export your orders from Shopify Admin as a CSV file, then drop it above. We calculate your real profit by analyzing every order, refund, and cost.

What we extract:

  • Gross Revenue, Subtotal, Shipping, Taxes
  • Refunds and Discounts
  • Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) per line item
  • Estimated Payment Processing Fees (2.9% + $0.30)
  • Order Financial Status breakdown
  • Top products by revenue and quantity

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I export my Shopify Orders CSV?

Go to your Shopify Admin → Orders → Export. Select "All orders" and choose "Plain CSV file". Download and upload it here.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your CSV file is processed entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to any server. When you close the tab, the data is gone.

What is the Profit Reality Score?

It's a 0-100 score that measures how healthy your store's profitability is. It factors in your profit margin, refund rate, and COGS ratio. A score of 70+ is healthy, 40-70 needs attention, and below 40 is critical. See the full definition and exact formula.

How are payment fees estimated?

We use Shopify Payments' standard rate of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for US stores. If you use a different payment provider, your actual fees may differ.

What if I don't have COGS data in Shopify?

If you haven't set per-product costs in Shopify, COGS is unknown and your Profit Reality Score will show as N/A (it cannot be calculated without cost data). Add cost data in Shopify Admin → Products → Edit → Cost at item, then re-export your orders CSV.

Can I analyze multiple CSVs?

You can upload a new CSV at any time by clicking the 'New File' button after your analysis is complete.
